Requirements

- Analyzes evidence: Reviews all available documentation to assess the situation.
- Identifies systemic issues: Analyzes complaint data to identify potential problems within financial institutions.
- Resolves complaints: Writes response letters to consumers and corrective action notices to financial institutions.
- Collaborates with team: Provides guidance to junior staff and assists in resolving their identified concerns.
- Prepares final reports: Writes final letters requiring managerial approval for both consumers and financial institutions.
