Responsibilities of Rewards and Compensation Partner
As a Rewards and Compensation Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark the Bank’s compensation and benefits practices and identify trends and best practices
- Developing and maintaining compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Providing consultation and guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters
- Participating in compensation and benefits surveys and audits and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Developing and delivering compensation and benefits communication and education materials and programs
- Collaborating with other human resources functions and stakeholders to support the Bank’s talent management and employee engagement initiatives
- Managing and supporting special projects and initiatives related to compensation and benefits
The Rewards and Compensation Partner position is part of the Total Rewards team, which is responsible for developing and administering the Bank’s compensation and benefits programs.
The team supports the Bank’s strategic objectives and aligns the Bank’s rewards programs with the market, the Federal Reserve System, and the Bank’s culture and values.
